Jenna Sosh, MA, LPC, NCC, CTP, DP-C
I obtained my master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am currently pursuing my PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from The Chicago School. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and a nationally certified counselor (NCC). I told a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP) credential and am currently on my development plan (DP-C) for my Certified Advanced Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CAADC) credential.

I am dedicated to helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping strategies, and enhance their overall well-being. With experience working with diverse populations, I support individuals managing anxiety, trauma, stress and life transitions. My collaborative and empathetic counseling style is tailored to each client’s unique needs, creating a safe and affirming space for healing and growth.
I specialize in trauma therapy, PTSD treatment, anxiety and OCD treatment, and substance use/addiction. I am trained in various evidence-based practices that I utilize in sessions. These evidence-based therapies include Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy for adults and adolescents, Prolonged Grief Therapy (PGT), Co-occurring Prolonged Exposure (COPE) for substance use and PTSD, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Written Exposure Therapy (WET) and more.

You might see me hanging out in the therapy office or during your sessions. Don't worry! I am a certified therapy dog and emotional support animal. My job is to continue to make you feel safe and comfortable while you work through your goals with my human.
